FSSC 22000 software, encoded and V7 ready.

The full FSSC 22000 requirement set loaded before your first login: ISO 22000, the sector prerequisite programmes, and every FSSC additional requirement, each one a task your team can see, do and sign.

As at August 2026, FSSC 22000 software on ASCloud costs from R3,800 per site per month excluding VAT, plus a once-off setup from R5,000. The Version 6 requirement set is loaded before first login, and the Version 7 update is included for subscribers at no extra charge.

What "encoded" means here

FSSC 22000 is ISO 22000 plus sector prerequisite programmes plus FSSC's additional requirements. In the system, each clause is mapped to a record, a checklist or a schedule. Nothing rests on somebody remembering. When a requirement changes, we update the system and you see the change, with its version number, in your update log.

Templates written to FSSC 22000 V6. The V7 requirement set ships as an included update for subscribers, with a V6-to-V7 gap view.

The Version 7 transition, on your calendar

Version 7 upgrade audits run from 1 May 2027 to 30 April 2028, at your next scheduled audit in the cycle. Version 6 certificates are withdrawn after 30 June 2028. Work backwards from your audit date: three months of live V7 records, before that the internal audit, before that the gap assessment and training. If your audit lands early in the window, your V7 work starts this year. Your ASC consultant walks the gap with you.

Environmental monitoring, food defence, food fraud, allergen management and food safety culture: the system schedules them, records them and trends them, so the FSSC-specific layer is evidence, not intention.
