What the terms will cover

• The service and plans: subscription tiers, seat rules (named user accounts, additional users at a published rate), storage (50 GB per company included; more quoted and agreed in writing first), add-ons
• Pricing: all prices ex VAT at 15%; annual prepay 15% saving; price held for the term; increases capped at CPI plus 3% with 90 days notice
• Setup: once-off, quoted fixed and capped in writing before commencement; never increased after signature
• Term and cancellation: monthly billing, 60 days written notice at renewal; 60-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions
• Change fees, published: new production line R6,500 once; additional standard R2,400/m; scheme version upgrades included for subscribers
• Your data: you own your content; export free within 30 days of exit; our operator obligations under POPIA sections 20 and 21
