Export audit records, from the orchard row to the pallet.
GLOBALG.A.P., LocalG.A.P. and SIZA requirement sets for South African growers and packhouses: spray diaries, harvest hygiene, worker training and packline records, ready for the audit that decides the export season.
Records the export market actually checks
Spray and application diaries with withholding period warnings, harvest hygiene checks per team per block, packhouse intake and packline inspection records, water quality sampling for irrigation and washing, worker training and induction evidence for SIZA, chemical store registers and stock reconciliation, and traceability from block and picking team to carton and pallet.
- Withholding periods calculated, flagged and enforced before harvest
- SIZA ethical and environmental evidence in the same system as food safety
- Audit pack export for the certification body and the exporter
Season-shaped, not office-shaped
The Primary plan is priced per site with seasonal billing available on request, because a packhouse that runs four months a year should not pay like a factory that runs twelve. Records persist between seasons and carry into the next audit.
The farm office prints the most
Spray records in triplicate, induction packs per seasonal worker, daily hygiene sheets per team: farm paper multiplies at harvest exactly when nobody has time to file it. Run the comparison for a season of printing versus the Primary plan.
Asked before every demo
Does it work without signal in the orchard?
Yes. Open checklists keep working offline and sync when the device reaches Wi-Fi or signal again. This is the same mechanism that carries factories through load shedding.
Can seasonal workers use it without training overhead?
Recorder-level checklists are built for first-day use: photographs, big touch targets and yes/no/value fields in plain language. Induction and training evidence is captured in the same system, which is exactly what SIZA asks to see.
How does traceability work at the packline?
Intake records link the block, picking team and date to the packline run, and the packline run to carton codes and pallets. A recall exercise or a buyer query traces in minutes, both directions.
