The standard, already in the system.
Every requirement, template and checklist your certification body will ask for on audit day, pre-loaded before your first login. From R638 hygiene compliance to FSSC 22000 certification, on one platform, priced in rand.

This is the actual system your team will use
Live dashboard, HACCP risk assessment, digital documents, offline checklists and one-click mock recall. Take the two-minute tour before you talk to anyone.
Paper systems fail quietly. Audits notice loudly.
Lost records, unsigned checks, a supplier file three versions out of date. None of it shows until the auditor asks. ASCloud replaces the paper with a paperless food safety system that shows you the gap on Tuesday, not on audit day.
We load your standard
Your scheme's full requirement set is configured before you log in. Setup is once-off: R3,850 on entry plans, from R5,000 on Primary and Certification. It takes five working days, or spread over a month if that suits your team.
Your team works the checklists
Daily checks, records and sign-offs captured on any device, by named user accounts. The person doing the check makes the record, and every entry is attributable to one individual.
You walk into the audit ready
Every record time-stamped, attributable and one search away, exportable as an audit pack for your scheme. Your auditor sees the evidence, not a filing cabinet.
The standards we encode, by name and version
Start where your site is. Move up without changing systems.
Every South African food business sits somewhere on this ladder, with a retailer or an auditor pushing it upward. Each rung keeps your records when you climb.
All prices per site per month, excluding VAT at 15%. Named user accounts on every plan, with 50 GB of storage included per company. Setup once-off: R3,850 on entry plans, from R5,000 on Primary and Certification. Moving up a rung never restarts setup: your records, users and configuration carry over.

The questions South African plants actually ask
What is ASCloud?
ASCloud is a paperless food safety compliance system developed in South Africa by ASC Food Safety Consultants. As at August 2026 it covers R638 hygiene compliance, HACCP to SANS 10330, GFSI Global Markets, GLOBALG.A.P., FSSC 22000 and BRCGS Issue 9 on one platform. Plans start at R499 per site per month excluding VAT, with named user accounts on every plan.
Does it work during load shedding?
Yes. Checklists already open keep working offline on the device, and records sync automatically when the connection returns. A power cut never costs you a monitoring record.
What does the V7 upgrade cost?
Nothing. FSSC 22000 Version 7 upgrade audits run from 1 May 2027 to 30 April 2028. Subscribers receive the V7 requirement set as an included update, with a gap view showing exactly which records change.
Who owns our data if we leave?
You do. Full export in an open format, at no charge, within 30 days of termination. Your records are yours, including the audit trail.
How many users are included?
Every plan includes named user accounts as shown on each plan card, with additional users at R250 per user per month. Each account is personal to one named individual, which is what makes electronic sign-offs attributable and audit-defensible. Every company includes 50 GB of storage; additional storage is quoted and agreed in writing before activation. Certification plan users are scoped in your written quote.
Add modules as you grow, on the same login
Digital HACCP plans and CCP monitoring are built directly into the daily workflow, not bolted on. When you need more, the modules are ready: Health and Safety, batch traceability and recall, inventory and stock management, a supplier portal, pest control integration and additional standards, each writing into the same audit trail.
Upgrade audits run 1 May 2027 to 30 April 2028. Your deadline is your next audit date, not 2028.

Frequently asked questions
How long does setup really take?
The standard fee of R5,000 (entry plans R3,850) covers five allocated working days, enough for a standard single-site operation, delivered in one week or spread over a month. If your site is more complex and more days are required, additional days are billed at R1,200 per day, each day allocating 4 hours of on-site work, quoted and agreed with you in writing before any work begins. Pricing is transparent and there are no hidden fees.
Is VAT included in the prices?
All prices on this site exclude VAT at 15%. VAT invoices are issued for every payment, and we bill in rand only, by EFT or debit order.
Which scheme versions are the templates written to?
Every toolkit states its version on its page: FSSC 22000 V6 with the V7 update included for subscribers, BRCGS Food Safety Issue 9. When a scheme changes, we update the system and you see the change with its version number in your update log.
What is the difference between GFSI Intermediate and Certification?
GFSI Intermediate covers your full compliance programme: checklists, audits, corrective actions, training, incidents and supplier approvals. Certification includes everything in Intermediate plus the full scheme requirement sets for FSSC 22000, BRCGS Issue 9, SQF Edition 9 and IFS Food v8, all FSSC additional requirements, and full traceability: lot tracking, receiving, production, shipping and one-click recall impact analysis.
What is the minimum contract?
There is no long-term lock-in. Plans are billed monthly and you may cancel with 60 days written notice. Annual prepay saves 15% and holds your price for the year. New subscriptions carry a 60-day money-back guarantee.
Can we see the system before paying?
Yes. Book a 20-minute demo and we load your scheme, not a generic tour. Bring your last audit report and we will show you your own findings inside the system.
What does the consultant actually do during setup?
An ASC specialist configures your documents, your process flows and your users, migrates your existing records, and trains your team in two live sessions. You go live audit-ready, not with an empty shell.
ASCloud was built by food safety professionals who spent years preparing manufacturers for GFSI audits out of disconnected spreadsheets, shared drives and paper checklists, and finally built the platform they always wished existed. Every template, checklist and workflow was designed in collaboration with certified food safety professionals, not software developers guessing at requirements. We measure success by whether you pass your audit, not whether you renew your subscription.
